SSO User Instructions for the Passtab administrator

Once SSO has been enabled on your account through the Passtab configurations team, the following instructions will assist you with managing your users accessing Passtab using SSO.

Login to the Passtab administration dashboard

• Visit your Passtab URL
• Login with your Passtab administration credentials (not SSO, please use the standard Passtab administration credentials set during your initial account set up)
• Hover over “Account” in the main menu
• Click “Access Management”
• These are your users, people who’ve logged in via SSO and users you’ve created in Passtab
• You can change the access permissions of a user by clicking edit and assigning them a new role.
• You can block a user from accessing Passtab (they will still have access to a Passtab iPad) by clicking edit and selecting “block”
